THE
MANIFESTO
Coins don't build themselves. Someone made the banner. Someone made the memes. Someone raided the timeline at 3am while the chart bled. Historically, none of those people had a name. Now they do.
- 01
A COIN WORKER IS NOT A HOLDER.
You can hold nothing and still be the most valuable person in the room. Bags are optional. Work isn't.
- 02
WORK IS PUBLIC.
Every submission, every approval, every payout goes on the record. No backroom payroll, no invisible favourites.
- 03
QUALITY OVER SPAM.
Ten shitposts aren't automatically worth more than one great meme. Volume is not effort. Effort is not impact.
- 04
A HUMAN READS EVERYTHING.
Nothing is auto-approved. No bots grading bots. Someone actually looks at what you made.
- 05
NOTHING IS PROMISED.
Rewards come from creator rewards, and they're discretionary. Work here because you want to build, not because you're owed.
- 06
THE NUMBER IS PERMANENT.
Your worker number is issued once and never reassigned. Early numbers are a flex you can't buy later.
- 07
VERIFICATION IS EARNED.
Registering makes you a worker. Your first approved contribution makes you a Verified Worker. There is no other route.
WORKER #0001
Worker #0001 is not a founder, a dev, or a CEO. #0001 is the first person who clocked in — the one who opened the factory, turned the lights on, and started reviewing other people's work before anyone was watching.
#0001 doesn't get a bigger share. #0001 gets the first card, the earliest serial and the paperwork. The rest is up to whoever clocks in next.
